Our terms, conditions and prices published are set out on our website and on site and we reserve the right to change the terms or prices at any time.
Please check these details on your booking request are fully completed and accurate to the best of your knowledge before submitting. By completing a booking request, it is assumed you have accepted our term and conditions.
In addition to these terms and conditions of booking you are also agreeing to abide by the Rules for Anglers which are on our website and details below.
We are a working farm and as such the Fishery is located in a rural environment, we cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, injury, inconvenience caused by the weather, plants, trees, insects, farm animals and wildlife.
Bookings must be made in advance and paid for in full using our web site.
Bookings are not transferable to another party.
When making your booking you agree that you are 18 years or over. You, as main contact on the booking, agree to all our terms and conditions when making a booking and you agree full responsibility for any loss or damage caused by any member of your party.
Occasionally, we may subject bookings to involve a minimum stay period. These will vary through the year and will be displayed on our website or social media when applicable.
Bookings are for a minimum of a day or night session. A day Session is any part of the day between7am-7pm. A night session is after 4pm-7am. A day and night session is between 7am-7am.
Bookings cannot be made for longer than 7 days at any one time.
When payment has been received, a confirmation email will be sent with details.
If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk, check any other email account. Check with your bank that a payment has been recorded.
For a problem with payment, amendment or cancellation please contact our bait and tackle shop directly.
The main gate will lock at 11pm in the evening and will reopen at 7am.
Bait and Tackle shop opening hours are:
SUMMER – 7am – 7pm, 7 days a week
WINTER – Sunday – Thursday 7am – 1pm. Friday and Saturday 7am – 5.30pm.
Site Access for the duration of the booking will be a uniquely generated gate code.
You are liable at all times when driving a vehicle on site. The farm tracks have a 15mph speed limit. We expect all users to take care and be alert to fellow anglers, campers. children, pets and wildlife.
Prices are all as per our published rates. Whilst we endeavour to keep our rates as low as possible, we reserve the right to amend them at any time.
Payment can be made via Credit or debit card. Unfortunately, payment cannot be made by cheque.
Full payment is due on booking prior to the arrival date.
Should you wish to make any changes to your booking, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible.
- For booking changes up to 14 days before your arrival date, you can make changes to the dates or receive a refund.
- For booking changes up to 7 days before your arrival date, there is no refund available but you can amend the dates.
- For booking changes up to 48 hours or under there is no changes or refund available.
If, due to reasons beyond our control, we are forced to cancel your booking, we will make all reasonable endeavours to offer you alternative dates within the same booking year or the following season.
If you have a problem while on the fishery complex please contact the bait and tackle shop immediately and we will do our best to help while you are with us.
