Hows it Fishing?

2020 is proving to be extremely busy year so far. The complex of lakes is yielding a large quantity of gorgeous fish much to the delight of visiting fishermen. Even the hot weather isn’t putting the fishermen or fish off. The River, since opening in June has seen a substantial amount of fish banked, some lovely chubb included.

The variety of bait that has been favoured by anglers across the site has been vast. Each angler choosing their own method but lots of reports of sweetcorn, boilies and maggots being most successful.

The extension of Admiral Lake has now been completed and the fish are weighing in at anything from 27lb upwards. Oak Lake has seen people achieve their personal and seasonal bests, from 8ln upwards.

But really the best way to find out how its fishing is to come and see for yourself!!
